Very controversial, these anti-abortion laws being passed in some southern states like Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, etc. We are pro-life but what about when the life of the mother is in danger?
May God give us wisdom to solve this together as “one Nation, under God, INDIVISIBLE, with liberty and justice for all.”
Conservative commentator, Tomi Lahren, has taken her share of criticism for having borderline liberal views. Some have even accused her of being a conservative ‘for pay’. She’s fought that accusation and typically follows those accusations with segments showing just how ‘conservative’ she really is.
Well, she may have just shown her true colors. In a series of tweet, Lahren fought against Alabama’s new anti-abortion law.
“I will be attacked by fellow conservatives for saying this but so be it, this Alabama abortion ban is too restrictive. It doesn’t save life, it simply forces women into more dangerous methods, other states or countries. You don’t encourage life via blanket government mandate!” she wrote.

She defended her statement by using a liberal standpoint. That stopping abortion, you put women’s lives at risk:
“If you think banning abortion with no exception for rape or incest will stop women from terminating pregnancy, you’re not being honest with yourself. P.S. you’re not God so don’t you dare evaluate my Christian faith based on your moral superiority complex,” Lahren wrote.

Her response came after Twitter users ripped into her for her anti-Christian viewpoint.
Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey signed a near-total abortion ban Wednesday, putting in place one of the nation’s most restrictive laws on the procedure and all but guaranteeing legal challenges.
The governor had been quiet about her intentions after the Alabama Senate gave final legislative approval to the bill Tuesday night.
“To the bill’s many supporters, this legislation stands as a powerful testament to Alabamians’ deeply held belief that every life is precious and that every life is a sacred gift from God,” Ivey said in a statement issued on Wednesday afternoon.
Volunteers at the POWER House, a multipurpose venue that serves as a base for groups like the Montgomery Area Reproductive Justice Coalition and the Yellowhammer Fund, said they’ve gotten a lot of phone calls from women after the State Senate passed the measure on Tuesday.
“We already have seen panic from people who are unsure of whether they are going to be able to get the abortions they have scheduled this week,” said Amanda Reyes, president of the Yellowhammer Fund.
