So sad to see this happening in VA and in New York. Why can’t we protect our most vulnerable – unborn children?
For the record I would definitely support the government providing help to responsible women who wanted their children but felt like they couldn’t afford them!
Let’s pray, people of the LIGHT!

Virginia’s Governor Ralph Northam (D) defended a proposed abortion costs in Virginia that enables a pregnant lady to terminate her child up till the minute of birth by taking it a step further.
In an interview with WTOP, Northam, who is a pediatric neurologist, said concerning the costs proposed by Fairfax Delegate Kathy Tran, “This is why choices such as this need to be made by service providers, physicians, and the moms and dads that are involved. When we talk about third-trimester abortions, these are done with the permission of certainly the mom, with the approval of the doctors– more than one physician, by the method– and it’s performed in cases where there might be severe deformities, there might be a fetus that’s non-viable.”
“In this specific example, if a mother is in labor, I can tell you precisely what would happen,” he continued. “The baby would be delivered. The baby would be kept comfortable. The baby would be resuscitated if that’s what the mom and the household desired, and after that a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mom.”
Following this statement, lots of people– both liberal and conservative– spoke out against the Guv’s remarks.
I anticipated this description to be an exaggeration but no, it’s in fact even worse. My god, the inhumanity on screen here is tough to fathom. The baby would be provided and kept comfortable while its parents discussed whether or not to execute it.
What have we become. https://t.co/5MVFaTo8vF

Delegate Dawn Adams (D-Richmond), who initially co-sponsored the legislation that caused this controversial interview, released an apology declaration on Wednesday for supporting the expense. The Richmond-Times Dispatch reports she wrote, “I made a mistake, and all I know to do is to confess, inform the truth, and let the chips fall where they may.”
“By now you have heard about the abortion expense, or seen the video. I vaguely keep in mind signing on to this, and I did this in uniformity with my coworker and as a symbolic gesture for a woman’s right to select,” she included.”I believed this expense looked for to exclusively reverse the difficult additions to the code made in 2012 by HB462. While it did, it looked for to do far more.”
Adams, a nurse professional, then discussed the concern House Bulk Leader Todd Gilbert (R-Shenandoah) asked Tran in the viral video that showed the Northern Virginia delegate verify that her bill would enable a doctor to carry out an abortion even if a mom is in labor. Adams stated this scenario would be described as partial birth infanticide and it “stays a crime and would not be something any sane licensed doctor would carry out. The code is really particular and clear about what this implies and it is different from an abortion, even late term.”
Heartbreaking … This isn’t in New york city, this isn’t in California, this happened just this week right here in Virginia. @VAHouseDems proposed legislation to provide abortions up to just seconds prior to that valuable child takes their very first breath. The Governor’s office has considering that released a declaration claiming that his words were secured of context and that he does not support infanticide. The declaration reads, “No woman looks for a third-trimester abortion other than in the case of terrible or challenging situations, such as a nonviable pregnancy or in the event of extreme fetal irregularities.”
It continues, “The guv’s remarks were limited to the actions physicians take in the occasion a lady in those scenarios entered into labor.”
“Virginia law currently prohibits third-trimester abortions, excepted in the severe circumstances in which a female’s life or health is at risk and that threat is certified by three doctors,” the statement concluded.
According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, the expense proposed by Delegate Tran in January has been beat.
