Just when our country was in the midst of digging out of Harvey another hurricane hit us! Hurricane Irma stormed through the southeast part of the USA and brought untold devastation to Florida and many other states. We Americans are quite resilient and ready to help one another.
In the spirit of Christian love the LIGHT! sends our prayers to our brothers and sisters (basically everyone!) who have been affected by Irma. In addition we will continue raising funds to support the rebuilding down there.
The Bible speaks of increases in natural disasters as the End Times approach. While no one knows for sure whether the Tribulation is going to begin soon, one thing we do know is that each day brings us closer to the Return of Jesus.
In the meanwhile we will keep on with our simple approach to “Love God and Love others” and welcome all to join us as we fight against the eternal injustice of the Devil and the present injustice of inequality!
