One of the things I’ve been learning has been how much better our lives would be if we could all just learn the skill of finding the “win win” for all parties involved. Whether it be in our marriages, manager/employee relationships, policy debates, friendships, etc., I would venture a guess that this approach produces results and outcomes that are so much better than those of “win for me at any cost,” “protect the ideology or bust,” and “dogma / tradition shall not be questioned.”
Yet, what makes this so difficult? I’m mulling this one over and would welcome your thoughts, esp. as the LIGHT! is looking for the best ways to bridge the gaps in the multi-faceted issue of inequality in our country.
