I just wanted to announce to you a new partnership with Unite America – Milwaukee!

I just wanted to announce to you a new partnership with Unite America – Milwaukee!

Beginning this Wednesday, April 4th, we’ll be hosting them at our Service to come join us and facilitate discussions around a better way forward to help our government. In many respects, they seek to “bridge the partisan divide” in an analogous fashion to how Jesus “bridged the uncrossable divide” of sin between God and mankind.

The Bible asks us to pray for our leaders. This we do. What we will also do is to support our government to become more effective. We want to team up with Unite America – Milwaukee and be their prayer support even as they lead the way to show the people of Milwaukee a better way to do politics.

As the LIGHT! we do not endorse any political candidates nor do we give any funding to any political candidates as an organization. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t engage in a discussion with those who do.

So, if you want to find out more about them be sure to come to our meeting on Wednesday at the New Berlin Public Library. You can see the announcement from Unite America – Milwaukee here:
