It\u2019s easy to look around the world and get discouraged by all the problems and negativity out there. There\u2019s certainly no shortage of them. Yet, if you\u2019re willing to look hard enough, there\u2019s a lot of good to be found in the world as well. Recently, on a popular social platform, someone asked people to share: \u201cWhat is an answered prayer that are you living in today?\u201d Whether you\u2019re waiting for your answer to prayer or you could simply use some hope and positivity today, these 16 short examples are sure to inspire! <\/p>\n

1. God Answered Prayers for Healing Multiple people responded that God had answered their prayers for healing. While having access to good doctors and medicines does help, these people give God the glory for their miraculous recoveries! One person said, \u201cI beat cancer not once, but twice, ten years apart. Healthier now than I\u2019ve ever been. God is good! Blessed!\u201d Someone else said, \u201cMy brother was disabled from a fall at work that left him with constant pain due to broken bones that could not be mended and constant migraines for years. He prayed and prayed, and is now completely pain-free! No more meds, and the doctors are dumbfounded.\u201d <\/p>\n

2. God Answered Prayers for a Home In today\u2019s scary housing market, finding just the right home \u2014 at a price you can afford \u2014 isn\u2019t always an easy task. One person shared how God answered their prayers for a place to call their own. \u201cWe lost our family home when I was twenty and in college. Nothing felt like \u201chome\u201d for years. My husband and I built our house and are raising our family here. I am finally \u2018home.\u2019 I\u2019m so incredibly thankful.\u201d <\/p>\n

3. God Answered Prayers for a Spouse Others thank God for bringing just the right person into their lives, providing them with a spouse they can love and cherish. One person responded, \u201cI prayed for a good loving husband and a baby boy. I got them both.\u201d Another person said, \u201cI prayed for God to send me to a woman to marry and three days later I went on a date with a woman who is now my wife. We celebrate our first anniversary this July.\u201d <\/p>\n

4. God Answered Prayers to Become a Parent While some families have no problem getting pregnant, others have a bit more difficulty along the way. . Raising kids isn\u2019t easy, and it requires a lot of money! But thankfully, God does provide, even when things look dark. Someone shared, \u201cBeing a mom. All of the statistics were against me, but my little guy is right next to me.\u201d Another person said, \u201cI have 6 beautiful healthy children .\u201d <\/p>\n

5. God Answered Prayers for a Job Sometimes God\u2019s blessings seem ordinary, but that doesn\u2019t mean they aren\u2019t from Him. Multiple people shared how thankful they are that God provided them with the right job or the means to make ends meet, even when getting there wasn\u2019t always easy or certain. One person said, \u201cMy dream job as a kid was to become a nurse when I grow up. My prayers were answered and I graduated with a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Nursing in 2018 then had my license in 2019. I\u2019ll be forever grateful.\u201d Another person shared, \u201c He keep providing work\/sales for me and my business. He keeps coming through.\u201d <\/p>\n

6. God Answered Prayers for a Family Member to be Saved While God offers us all free will, it\u2019s no secret that He\u2019s been known to give people a little nudge from time to time. If you\u2019re currently praying for someone you know and love to find Jesus, don\u2019t stop praying just yet. There\u2019s still hope! Someone commented, \u201cMy wife prayed for two years for me to find God and be saved. I\u2019ve now been saved for 7 years.\u201d <\/p>\n

7. God Answered Prayers for Help with My Addiction Some physical and mental health challenges can feel insurmountable, but nothing is impossible with God. No matter how dark things seem, you can always pray to God for hope and healing, trusting that He will come through in His way and in His timing. These two people shared how God\u2019s intervention played out in their lives. One person shared, \u201cMy gran prayed that God would free me from my addiction to weed. I am 3 years clean now by God\u2019s grace.\u201d Another person said, \u201cI used to be an anxious depressed alcoholic who couldn\u2019t hold down a job or a relationship. Now I\u2019m happy, healthy, sober, doing a fully funded PhD investigating something I think is very important for the world and interesting, and I was just married last year \u2014 a ll thanks to the Lord\u2019s good will.\u201d <\/p>\n

8. God Answered Prayers About College For some, getting into their dream college is no easy feat. Thankfully, we have a God who loves us, who cares about the small details of our lives, and who makes things possible. Someone responded, \u201cI prayed for my dream university for over a year, now I\u2019m a junior hopefully by God\u2019s grace, I will graduate next year.\u201d <\/p>\n

9. God Answered Prayers for My Marriage Marriage isn\u2019t always easy, even when it\u2019s made up of two people who are truly trying their best. Every couple has their own issues to solve and challenges to overcome. Thankfully, as you commit to serve God above all else, He can and will make navigating marital challenges that much easier. One person commented, \u201cI am grateful that God answered my prayers for my wife. We had many issues, and what I felt were legitimate complaints. In parallel, I decided to go to seminary, as I drew closer to God, I noticed her behavior also started to change. The more I focus on God, the more He takes care of things.\u201d <\/p>\n

10. God Answered Prayers for My Mental Health Do your mental health concerns leave you feeling as though recovery is next to impossible? The good news is, with God, nothing is impossible. While He doesn\u2019t choose to completely heal everyone, those who have received His healing are often incredibly grateful. Someone shared, \u201cI struggled with my mental health for a long time as well, and I didn\u2019t even ask God to remove it from my life, but he removed it as (what I like to think) a gift.\u201d Another person simply responded, \u201cMental deliverance.\u201d <\/p>\n
