The Chicago chapter of the Light continues on slowly but steadily!

We’ve been doing a bit of revamping for the 3 groups we are leading. Keith’s Men’s accountability group has been studying the book, “What He Must Be If He Wants To Marry My Daughter”, which is a book about Biblical Manhood and marriage. Intriguing title and good content.

Melody’s Women’s study has been continuing their study of the Bible and are working their way through Genesis. They’ve been looking at a lot of material around creation and origins, which has actually been very helpful to the faith of many of the women.

Finally, the couples group is continuing to meet on a regular basis. We are studying the book, “Defending Your Marriage”, which outlines the reality of Spiritual Warfare in marriage. It’s been very eye opening for us to go through this as well. The men have been able to open up together when they’ve split up to talk and pray together, as have the women. We are hopeful that this will lead to good fruit and the growth in the health of each couple’s marriage!

We appreciate continued prayers and support by everyone for the ministry we’re able to do! We need prayer and the work of the Lord in all we do.
